All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States.

Online Store Terms

By placing an order through our online store, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

Products and Services

All products available on Dani Golden are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. This means products are custom-created specifically for you after you place your order.

Product descriptions, images, and mockups are provided for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary slightly in color due to the nature of printing processes, fabric variations, and screen display settings. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors accurately reflects the color of the products.

Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Production and Shipping

Production Time: All products are custom-made upon order. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons (such as holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances, production times may be extended. We will notify you if significant delays occur.

Shipping: Once produced, orders are shipped via our third-party carriers. Shipping times vary by location and selected shipping method:

  • US Domestic Standard: 3-10 business days after production
  • US Domestic Express: 2-5 business days after production
  • International: 10-30 business days after production (may vary by country)

Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has entered production.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by our print providers, shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs delays and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following circumstances:

Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item: If you receive an incorrect item (different from what you ordered), contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Size or Fit Issues: Please refer to our size charts before ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, which is typically within 12-24 hours of order placement. If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@danigolden.com. We will do our best to stop production if it has not yet started.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Custom/Personalized Items: Products with custom designs, personalization, or special requests are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Payment

We accept payment through various methods including credit cards (via Stripe) displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

All prices are in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices displayed include the product cost but do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

Payment is due immediately upon placing your order. Orders will not enter production until payment is confirmed. In the event of payment failure or decline, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, VAT, duties, or customs fees required by your local jurisdiction.

Pricing Errors

We strive to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Unless otherwise stated, Dani Golden and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including but not limited to designs, graphics, text, logos, images, and other content. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

When you purchase a product from us, you receive a physical item with our design printed on it for your personal, non-commercial use only. You do NOT receive any rights to:

  • Reproduce, copy, or replicate our designs or products
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our designs
  • Use our designs for commercial purposes or business operations
  • Claim our designs as your own or remove copyright notices
  • Create derivative works based on our designs

Customer-Provided Content: If you upload custom content, images, or text for personalization of products, you warrant and represent that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use it
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent rights
  • The content is not defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable
  • The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse to produce any custom content that we believe violates intellectual property rights or is otherwise inappropriate.
