If you think of yourself as an archaeologist, the Identity Handbook is an excavation of self. What is buried beneath the surface? What has been lost in time?
What is the Identity Handbook?
The Identity Handbook is a comprehensive 8-Exercise course built around answering three fundamental questions: Who Am I? Who Was I? and Who Do I Want To Be?
This course is designed for you to truly know yourself. There is no short-cut for life. There is only the gift of being able to know yourself. Once you know who you are and who you want to be, you give yourself the power to make choices from a place of clarity.
You have all the answers you need. You just need to know which questions to ask and which answers are worth your time and energy.

Who is the Identity Handbook For?
- High Achievers: Have you accomplished everything you thought you wanted but still feel unfilled? We often define ourselves by our achievements, our job title, productivity, or status quo. You are so much more than any title or achievement.
- Athletes and Former Athletes: For so long my identity was a swimmer until I quit. Then who was I? When we limit our identity to the sports we play, we minimize our potential. We are so much more.
- Entrepreneurs and Business Owners: As a fellow business owner and entrepreneur I have made the mistake of defining myself based on my business’s success or failure. Who you are is so much more than what you do.
- Executives and Professionals: For so long I tried to find myself in my career. I searched for a simple answer to the question, Who Am I? There is no simple answer and that is what makes us and life so spectacular.
- People Searching for Clarity: I used to believe everyone but me had a map. You have a map, your map. It is within you. Let’s unlock it.
- Anyone Experiencing a Career Transition: We often define ourselves based on our careers. You are not your job.
- Anyone Going Through a Major Life Transition: My world fell apart and I needed to rebuild from scratch. Sometimes the greatest blessings come wrapped in pain.
- People Who Feel Lost or Without Direction: You may not know where you’re going because you haven’t stopped to ask yourself what you actually want.
- People Who Have Spent Their Lives Living for Others: People-pleasing, co-dependency, or trying to meet the expectations of family, partners, employers, or society. At some point, you have to ask: Who Do I Want To Be? What Brings Me Joy?
Why I Created the Identity Handbook
I created the Identity Handbook after years of being a high achiever. A former competitive swimmer, advertising and entertainment executive, I thought winning and corporate titles would fulfill me. They did not. Lost in the noise of the messages I was choosing to pay attention to, the expectations of others, and my need to people-please at my own expense, I lost sight of who I was. The Identity Handbook is a crash course in everything I learned on my path to rebuild myself. It answers the question: How do I build an unshakeable foundation that will not break under the weight of anyone or anything?
How the Identity Handbook Can Help You
- Clarity: We often go through life feeling like things happen to us or accomplish goals we set out only to ask, is this all there is? Our society reinforces the notion of instant gratification and sells us quick fixes that are anything but.
- Alignment: The Identity Handbook pulls back the curtain to show us who we are when we finally peel off the labels. Once we gain clarity, we can make choices that help us live in alignment.
- Quiet the noise and get back to self: Am I living my life trying to make other people or me happy?
- Empowerment: When you begin to understand who you are on an intrinsic level, you feel the weight of your own power. You begin prioritizing yourself and your needs. You stop people-pleasing because you have quieted the noise, gained clarity on who you are, and are now able to make choices that help you live in alignment with who you are and who you want to be.
Why Listen To Me?
I have lived it. I am not reciting things I have learned from reading a book. I have many frames of reference. I have spent over a decade rebuilding myself and my life. I have lived in the darkness. I know what it feels like to feel powerless, hopeless, and question if I want to continue this thing called life. I do not claim to have it all figured out. If anyone does, I would run in the opposite direction. I am choosing to share what I have learned because that is what I wanted when I was struggling and in pain, someone who had been there who gets it.
Know Yourself. Trust Yourself. Live in Alignment.
